Smoothies are my favorite on-the-go beverage, especially during a long commute to work. They take seconds to make, are packed with nutrition, and can be enjoyed guilt-free.
I’m also a huge fan of Jelly Bellys. But this year – I didn’t have a single Jelly Belly because I decided on a no-candy Easter. Crazy, right? Instead, I decided to develop a yummy smoothie recipe that tastes just as good as my favorite flavor – Strawberry!
In this mix you have whole strawberries, protein powder, strawberry kefir (a dairy beverage packed with live cultures), almond milk, and a secret ingredient – sugar free strawberry pudding mix! At 25 grams of protein, this smoothie is sure to keep you fully satisfied until lunch!
